MASSAGE & Body TREATMENTS
Swedish Massage- Revitalize and soothe with this gentle massage. Enjoy Blissful relaxation with light touch techniques to ease muscle tension, increase circulation, and facilitate detoxification. *30-minute sessions are only a few areas.
Deep Tissue- Known for its ability to release an enormous amount of tension, this stimulating massage consists of slow, deep strokes used to release the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Helping to promote healing, reduce stress, relaxation, circulation, and decrease inflammation. This is a medium to strong pressure massage. *30-minute sessions are only a few areas.
Sports Massage- Designed to help athletes before during and after training. Massage and sports stretches will benefit the athlete by draining away fatigue as it relieves swelling, reduces muscle tension, flexibility and prevents injury. *30-minute sessions are only a few areas.
Hot Stone Massage- Warm basalt stones are used to massage the body. Stones help promote a deeper relaxation. Allowing to give relief to sore and fatigued muscles.
Oncology Massage- It's a modification of massage therapy to safely work with the effects of cancer and cancer treatments.
Mom To Be- Nurture and pamper yourself with this full body prenatal massage. Similar to a Swedish style, just with a few modifications of body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.
Lymphatic Drainage- A gentle technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system and move excess fluid away from swollen areas. Helping to encourage the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of lymph fluids around the body. This is a great treatment for anyone suffering with lymph edema and anyone that is recovering from surgery or injury.
Lomi Lomi- Hawaiian Swedish massage also known as loving hands massage. A blend of coconut and vanilla infused massage oil is used on the body and Hawaiian music takes you away on a trip to the island. Offered only in 90-minute session.
Table Thai- This blends the unique technique of compression and yoga-like stretching of Traditional Thai massage. Also adding the added benefits of Deep Tissue and Swedish massage techniques. Comes with an infused oil blend of lemongrass, peppermint and rosemary. Offered only in 90-minute session.
Bamboo Massage- Bamboo sticks are used as a tool to roll and knead the muscles. The sticks can be also used as trigger points to help with muscle tension. This is a deeper pressure massage. Offered only in a 90-minute session.
Honeycomb Massage- This Unique experience of blossom honey and rosemary applied to the back with a myofascial massage to increase connective tissue mobilization. Followed with a honeycomb pad applied to the back. The Beeswax contains cell-stimulating vitamin A and provides hydration for velvety-soft skin. It is enriched with antimicrobial propolis which helps vitalize stressed skin.
Soothing Soles Reflexology- This is a reflexology treatment for the scalp, hands, and feet. Pressure is applied to specific points to ease stress and pain. Followed by a soothing foot scrub, mask, pain relief gel for the legs, and a hydrating lotion are applied to the feet for the ultimate relaxation.
Lavender & Rose Body Scrub-Full body lavender and rose scrub is applied to exfoliate the skin and then removed with warm towels. Followed with an oil for hydration. Add a 30-minute massage enhancement to any scrub or body treatment.
Oatmeal & Chamomile Body Scrub/Wrap- Full body oatmeal and chamomile scrub is applied to exfoliate the skin. Followed with a full body moisturizing mask. The body will then be wrapped in a thermal blanket to detox. Add a 30-minute massage enhancement to any scrub or body treatment.

Signature Facial- A custom relaxation facial that is tailored to specific skincare needs. Comes with Double Cleanse, Exfoliation, Extractions, Mask & Moisturize. This is a great option for first time facial clients. *30-minute facial treatments eliminate exfoliation and extractions.
Bacial (The Back Facial)- This service is for the client that needs a deep cleansing for the back. This treatment is custom to each individual’s skincare needs.
Swich Rejuvenation Facial- The switch dermal rejuvenation system is a unique alternative to chemical peels that redefines how we treat age-damaged skin. Swich takes advantage of the skin’s natural repair mechanism to help restore the skin’s optimal appearance without injury to the skin. Helping the skin’s ability to repair from the inside out. Not recommended for first time clients.
Firming Peptide Facial- This is the ultimate anti-aging facial with the most up to date peptide technology. It will instantly diminish fine lines and wrinkles. Powerful peptides will leave your skin feeling smoother, firmer, and looking younger through increased micro-circulation and detoxification. Chemical Peels- is a procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. The skin grows back smoother. The chemical peel will be custom to your skincare needs. Peeling and flaking may happen post chemical peel. This is a treatment for people who regularly get skincare treatments. Home care must be done prior to and after treatment. Down time is expected from this treatment. * Must be on home care before service. This service is only done if you have had a prior facial treatment. Chemical peels are not suitable for all. Pumpkin Vitamin A Peel- Rich in anti-aging properties and ingredients that will rejuvenate the skin. Helps with the stimulation of collagen. Vitamin A helps promote cell turnover and increase collagen through fibroblast stimulation.
BeeDazzle Peel-Revitalize with this light peel. This peel has two Alpha Hydroxy acids, mandelic and lactic. Helps with skin texture and complexion and supports the skins barrier function. Also is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial due to the manuka honey. Helps to improve cell turnover and hydration.
Facial & Massage enhancement
Dermaplane-This is an exfoliation treatment that involves gently scraping the face with a medical grade scalpel. Helping to remove the dead skin cells and vellus hairs known as peach fuzz. this process leaves the surface of the face ultra smooth and radiant. 15mins is added.
Microdermabrasion- This treatment is designed to use a minimally abrasive instrument to gently sand your skin. Allowing to remove the thicker outer layer. this treatment helps treat light scarring discoloration, sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles. 15mins is added.
Microcurrent- this is a treatment that uses a low-level electrical current to stimulate muscle and skin. This helps to tighten, tone, and sculpt the face. 15mins is added.
Oxygen RX- This treatment lets you add an oxygen treatment to any facial.
Massage Boost- Adds an additional 30mins to any treatment. Choose a choice of Reiki, Sound Healing, Lymphatic Drainage, Hypervolt Gun, or extra massage time to a scrub or wrap. Lymphatic can also be added on to any facial.
CBD Oil & Pain Cream- Cause Medic® CBD oil is used on the whole body. A pain relief cream is applied on one area of the body for extra relief. This is a great add on to promote relaxation. Helps with sore muscles, pain and inflammation.
Fatigue Foot /Leg Treatment- Lavender and rose scrub applied to feet to exfoliate the skin. Followed by a peppermint mask for the feet and legs. Ending with a moisturizer and cooling gel applied to feet and legs to help relieve sore muscles. This is a great add on for anyone liking extra attention to the feet.
Fatigue Back Treatment - Lavender and rose sugar scrub applied to the back. Followed by a peppermint mask. Ending with a moisturizer and cooling gel applied to help with back aches.
Back Scrub or Foot Scrub - Lavender and rose sugar scrub applied to the back or feet, helping to exfoliate the skin.
Heated Muscle Scraper- Scraping is a Chinese traditional Gua Sha technique where you strip the muscles to help relieve pain and help with circulation. Achedaway heated muscle scraper is the first of its kind to add heat to help target the deeper muscles.
Cupping- An ancient healing therapy that uses cups that are placed on the skin and involves suctioning of the skin. It helps ease pain and improves blood flow. It can be placed on the body and also moved around.
Sore No More, Muscle Relief- A blend of Peppermint, Wintergreen, Camphor, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, and Osmanthus oils to help relieve stiff and sore muscles. Works great for tired and sore muscles from exercise, being fatigued, and over worked. Also comes with s cooling pain cream in one area of the body.
Aromatherapy- Choose essential oil/Blends to be used in your massage treatment.
Reflexology- This treatment is great for people that need some extra attention to the feet. Reflexology applies pressure to specific points of the feet to improve overall health. Based on the ancient Chinese philosophy that the feet are the road map of the body. As specific areas of the feet correspond to organs and systems in the body.
LED Light Therapy with Facial- Can be add to any facial. Red Light is used to improve fine lines and wrinkles. Blue light is for acne and skin repair. Yellow light helps with hyperpigmentation. All Light therapy helps with product absorption.
Honey Mask for Hands or Feet- Golden honey mask is used on the hands or feet to hydrate dry and chapped skin. Followed by a soothing lotion to be applied at the end.
Eye Mask- Under eye treatment pads. Helps with puffy eyes, anti-aging, wrinkles, dark circles, wrinkles and fine lines.
Facial Cupping- A therapy that uses suction cups to helps stimulates collagen production. It also helps reduces puffiness, wrinkles and improves circulation.
Facial Gua Sha- A Chinese medicine technique that involves using a tool to massage the skin on the face to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and relieve tension.
SOUND HEALING & REIKI
Sound Healing- Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls Gongs, Drums and Chimes are used to create specific music tones and other sonic vibrations. Helping to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing and emotional release. Soft mats, bolsters, chairs, and meditation pillows are provided. Wear comfortable clothes for your session. Group sessions can book online under classes. *Private sessions are done on a massage table in my main studio.

Reiki- Reiki means 'Universal life force energy'. It’s an ancient healing method that manipulates energy flow in the body. It helps to promote relaxation, relieves stress, anxiety, and trauma through gentle touch or no touch. Reiki helps in balancing, unblocking, and charging your chakras. Sound healing and crystals are incorporated into healing session.
